What is meant by "ice in cooler" statement?

This statement was not clear: If you put ice in a cooler, your spikes will not go away.

Response

We meant that the tempature of wet ice is not low enough. Dry ice gets much colder, so the neuron's channels stop operating correctly, and the spikes go away. Does that make sense?
